I sent an email on Thursday afternoon explaining that our boiler was displaying an error message and kept shutting off. I received a reply Friday morning, even before I got out of bed, and the technician was at our house before 8:00 AM. After a brief inspection, the necessary repairs were carried out, and the boiler is working again. Thank you very much.

This company is unbelievable. You notice in the morning that the heating/hot water isn't working, and by lunchtime the first employee arrives, only to find out that there's nothing they can do to help the 22-year-old. A quick phone call to clarify the situation with the boss in the evening, and the next morning the new appliance is installed. 😍 If this company isn't Bibi Blocksberg's primary residence, I don't know what is. All the employees we met are super friendly and exude a reassuringly competent demeanor! We'd like to say a huge thank you, also on behalf of our holiday guests, who had hot water and heating again so quickly. 🤩
